At Pedaltrain, we stand behind the quality of our pedals and gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronic components are in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and power supplies are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
